They were on time and quickly completed the job.

The problem was clearly stated that there was an electrical problem with the garage door. Their solution was, "Oh we do garage doors, not electrical." It was determined the GFI outlet that the opener was plugged into was bad. So he hooked up an extension cord to a working outlet and pronounced the job done. I had to pay the full service charge and my door is now going to be fixed by an electrician which means I have to pay twice for one repair. The tech was rude and said he would make sure to get his money somehow if my check was canceled. Welll, unlike the tech I do not rip people off and his check cleared today so I hope he is happy, I am not. Do not use these people if you value getting complete service for your money.

I posted my request Sunday afternoon and within 5 minutes I had a call and appointment scheduled. He called about 30 minutes before arrival, which I really appreciated. He was professional and knowledgable and completed the broken torsion springs in less than an hour. I had another issue which he took care of with ease, and he even lubricated my tracks before he left. I highly recommend AIS for their service, professionalism, and timeliness.

Was contacted within an hour of posting my request on Home Advisor. Ron from AIS was at my house early the next morning to diagnose then replaced our entire garage door opener unit. Then he programmed the code in all three of our vehicles. He did not charge extra for doing the work on a Sunday morning and the price we paid was very very reasonable. We definitely recommend AIS!
