2-person Crew cleared out the gutters efficiently. Kept output bagged up.
Crew attempted to clean the flashing but they were able to only remove light surface dirt. Unable to clean deep dirt or stains with environmentally-friendly cleaner. Demonstrated their effort for me.
Owner did not charge for the flashing cleaning ($230), only for gutter cleaning ($145).

The second time I use them. I am certainly planing on having them clean the gutters on a regular basis.
The workers arrived on time. They worked hard. They were very polite, friendly, professional, and considerate. They all took their shoes off before they came into my house, and I never asked them to do that. They did everything we asked and when they left at the end of the day, the house was put back together just the way they had found it except that the windows are now spotless! I just keep looking out the windows today because they are all so clean.
The most important thing to me, though, was I felt very comfortable about having all of workers in my house. They were all very lovely young men with beautiful manners and they were very considerate.
I plan to use ACE from now on every time I need to have our windows cleaned. It was a wonderful experience, they did a fantastic job, and it was worth every penny.

I used the ?contact this provider? option on Angie?s List, and Kevin called me within two hours. He provided an estimate, which was very reasonable. I was able to get the work done the following day!
His crew (two of them) did a complete cleaning on both stories of my house and cleaned up all the crud that they got out of the
gutters. There was no mess left behind, and they were fast and efficient.
I will be calling ACE in the fall for another cleaning, after all the leaves drop.
After almost a month of trying to find someone from craigslist and the newspaer to come service our gutter, I decided to try Angie's List. I spoke with a sale person that was very helpful and friendly. This person understood my fustration and immediate need to find a resolution to our clogged gutter. I was sent several contacts via e-mail, and the first person I spoke with was Kevin Friday, at Ace Window and Gutter Cleaning. I made him aware of our problem and how long it has taken to find someone to help. Kevin was understanding to our problem and fit us in to complete the job within 4 days. We are very happy with the customer service that was provided, and the response time to complete the job.
