I gave a very vague and confusing description of what was wrong with my laptop because I had trouble explaining it. Aaron had no problem understanding what I needed before he even saw my laptop. Once he starting working on my laptop he clearly explained to me what it needed and told me how he was going to make it happen. He really cares about making sure the customer is happy. He went above and beyond to even make some changes I hadn't asked for or even thought to look into. He had my laptop back to me in a short amount of time even after ordering a part I needed. I was VERY impressed and I plan to call him first if I happen to have any computer issues ever again!!

our aging Vista machine which was a great improvement long
overdue. Service was prompt, courteous, and professional. This
would have cost at least $200 at your local computer superstore,
we saved a lot and did not have to endure a sales pitch along with
it. Highly recommended to breathe some new life in to your
computers and make using them enjoyable again!
