Sanctum Contracting

Our Home is a Spec home that Sanctum created. The best thing about it however is how much it does not look like a spec home. Sanctum bought the majority of our cul de sac and all three homes that are right next to each other have their own look and feel. They by far do not look Cookie Cutter like most spec homes. Both inside and out have a very unique feel and they all look very impressive. Even though they are all the basic floor plan. We have had some of the problems that new construction houses tend to have, but Michelle has been very good with staying in contact with us and trying to fix everything that seems to come up. Our house even though it is a spec home feels very custom and well built. If I decide to get a custom built house down the road when we out grow this house we will most definitely be contacting Sanctum before going anywhere else.

Sanctum Construction did excellent job of painting exterior wood and trim. They were always on time and worked h****** 2 story home.
