They charged too much they tried to get you to the hour I think they should come in and do the work I think they put down quickly what they quote you for and done with it they try to eat up time so you can pay all that money.

We were initially impressed. Their estimator came promptly after our call. He presented himself and the company very professionally, went through the house, and put together an estimate which we received after a couple of days. He estimated that we needed slightly more space than one truck would provide for weight. We agreed to pay for two trucks. This is more expensive but it also gives you four movers instead of two. We liked the idea of panel trucks that could more easily navigate our subdivisions. The movers showed up as promised on moving day. They were young, but professional. This was a big move and they did very well.

The problems we had were as follows. First, it was an extremely rainy day. They did not bring floor runners. When we mentioned it, they offered to use them for $6 a roll, then they discovered that they had forgotten them anyway. So, filthy carpet in two houses. Second, we needed more than two trucks. The estimator was so far off that I wondered if he confused us with somebody else. He underestimated both time to complete the job and cost. At one point, with my husband at the new house, and me at the old house, they informed me that they were out of room in the trucks and could take no more. They left me standing there with no way to move that last belongings and our buyers of the house waiting to move in. I had to call relatives and plead for help with the rest.

Photos of our carpet damage were submitted to the company. We have never had a response.

Did they complete the job in one day as promised? Sort of. Did they complete the job anywhere close to the estimate? No. Would I call them again? No.

The move went outstanding! Took a bit longer than anticipated, but that was obviously an underestimate on our part, because these guys were working very hard and quick all day long. Besides all the typical household furniture, we probably had well over 100 boxes, many of which were very heavy. Not only did they hustle with all these boxes, but they also had to carry them up and down stairs at both places.

The 2 guys in our crew were Kyle and Terry. We are so appreciative of all their hard work. Not only professional and hard workers, but both were also very friendly and fun to work with. It also turned out to be a very hot day, but they did not let that slow them down.

I must admit that I was somewhat leery of hiring this company after reading another bad review. However, our experience was completely opposite. The service was 100% top notch. I honestly cannot thing of a single thing that could have been done any better, from working with the actual crew and all the way back to setting up and confirming appointments with the customer service people.

They did everything they said they would do -

called in advance to confirm

called to give us an updated time of arrival.

arrived on time and once we gave them the tour, they got to work.

they loaded the truck efficiently and were on the road in about an hour.

at the new place, they unloaded and even helped my brother put the bed together and the large mirror on the dresser.

everything was wrapped and protected.

They had it unloaded in about 40 mins and were on their way.

I have used this company in the past and will always recommend them.

My previous review was the Gezon Parkway location but that is not who I used. My reciept says 47th St. SW.
Daniel and Nathan showed up within the time frame agreed on. They walked through the house and told me that in their opinion and with their experience, it would be 3 to 4 hours to move all our stuff not the 1 to 2 that we thought.
I signed a paper agreeing to the new estimate and cost. They went to work, at times running, to get things out and into the truck.
At the storage faciltiy the reverse. They ran the items and boxes out and packing them in the storage unit.
I never saw them waste a moments time. I thought the work was excellent and the priceing was fair for both parties.

They were very easy to schedule with and were prompt. They did what they said they were going to do.

They were very prompt and very quick. They had us packed and unpacked in a matter of 4-5 hours. It was very speedy. They are very good. They were very careful with our belongings, nothing was broken. The crew was friendly, they were very professional. I had no negatives from the experience.
