They were very courteous, very efficient and did an excellent job. They responded to our call promptly, let us know when they were coming and were early, but did notify us by phone that they would be coming earlier than scheduled. They were very professional, took very good care of our home while they were working inside and made sure everything was they way we wanted it before they left. We would highly recommend them. We have a big home with a lot of windows and they all 'shine'!

Fantastic. Everything looks fresh and clean! Our white gutters were stained with runoff and we weren't sure they would clean up well - but they look like new again! They did a thorough job and made sure I was satisfied with the work before they left. Very happy with Shine!

We could not have been more pleased. The Shine crew did their usual superb job of cleaning. The windows just sparkle, the house siding looks marvelous and the walkways and porches look brand new again. They are professional, polite, meticulous and careful not to damage the plantings around the house. We have used them for years and will continue to do so.

I left a message during the 1st announcement of snow for this season after learning the gutters were filled again. Shine contacted me and made several attempts to get the job done before the snow. It wasn't due to there effort but me being able to respond to there voice message in a timely manner. I then received a text stating that as soon as weather breaks they would get the job done. It was awesome working with such professional company and would use them in future for other services.
