I took my Toshiba laptop to Personal Computer Repair as it
was rendered unusable by a virus. When I
would log on to the PC it would lock into a bogus 3rd party screen
that I could not get past. Kevin the
owner spoke with me and gave assurance that they would be able to remove the virus
while preserving all files and applications on the hard drive. He even provided a brief tutorial on the
tools and process they use to clean and restore infected PC’s Two days later he
personally delivered the Laptop to my home and it worked just fine. No data or applications had been lost and my
desktop was as it was before the virus.
I am very pleased with the service provided. Kevin and his team were professional and
personable. Work performed was as
promised and repair cost was as anticipated.
They will be the company I use for any future computing problems.

The job went very well. He repaired what we needed. He was very professional. He got the work done in good amount of time, without taking long. I would use them in the future.

It was a super experience because I had had such bad luck with trying to fix a virus-infected computer. Then I got a new computer and had so many programs to transfer, reinstall, newly install --- what a nightmare it could have been. Instead, this company got it done quickly and the whole thing was over and has worked well ever since.

Found on Angie's list. Called. Dropped my laptop off. They did analysis of issues and called me with estimate. I OK'd the repair. They called when finished. Excellent service, friendly, professional.

I called Kevin because my iMac G4 was telling me I could no longer upgrade anything or store additional photos due to there not being anymore available disk space. He came to the house to check it out and recommended a reputable website where I could buy a hard drive with more memory for a practically unmatchable price. So I bought a 500GB hard drive for $79, and when it arrived, Kevin returned to my house to install it. Kevin has the heart of a teacher (as Dave Ramsey would say). As he took apart my computer, he pointed out what parts are what. He took out the old 80GB hard drive, put in the new one, and proceeded to copy everything from the old one onto the new one, a transfer that takes a few hours. He left his "transfer" device here and left to go to other appointments, but said to call him when it was complete and he would come pick up his device. Well, unfortunately when the transfer was done, there was a message on my computer saying there was an error discovered. I called Kevin, and described the details of the message. He said he knew what the problem was, but he would have to pick up my computer and take it to his office to repair the glitches. He made a special trip that evening to my house to pick up the computer. The very next morning he called me to say that the problem was fixed and that he got all my old hard drive stuff copied to the new one. (Apparently my old drive was so full to capacity that it started doing some "funny" things with the information, causing the errors.) When he dropped off my computer, he brought it in, plugged in all the wires and cords, and set it back up exactly the way it was before he picked it up. He started it up for me, showed me where to find the new hard drive information, and asked if I had any questions. He left me his cell phone number in case any came up later. I am very impressed with Kevin's knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy. If I'm not mistaken, he services not only personal computers, but small companies and businesses as well.
