It was after hours of course. Seriously when people open the garage door is after five o'clock, when they get home. So, its after hours. I thought the price was fair. They did a really nice job.

Started my inquiry by E-Mail for the price, then called to set up the service call. Both employees were helpful and friendly. Service tech Shawn showed up on time to our appointment and was super nice. He listened to my issues, inspected the units and repaired them as needed. He made sure all my questions were answered and even helped to reprogram my remotes, lubricate the doors and set the limits correctly. Overall I was very impressed with the entire experience and was very glad I called for help. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend them to anyone and I will be using them again in the future.

They called me back first thing Monday morning and sent someone out that afternoon. He told me that it was a dangerous situation and the entire double door could have come crashing down. They were able to reuse the shaft safely, which saved money, and they also checked the other door, tightened some bolts, and oiled the mechanisms to be sure they worked well.

The company scheduled a tech to come to repair my garage door ASAP so I could get to work. The tech was very competent and polite: he summed up the problem immediately, replaced the spring, smoothed the bend in the rail, and had the door fixed to his satisfaction (and mine) within an hour.

Gal on the phone was so friendly and helpful. Repairman came out on time. He looked at the problem, explained what was going on and I was fearing the worst. My husband is no longer able to do repairs due to a medical problem so I am always leery of repair people when they see our situation. As it turned out, the repair cost less than was quoted me on the phone and I discussed with the repair man upgrading the door. He told me the cost and that the door we already have is good so it wouldn't be replacing everything. Well, that goes in the jar for future project. I appreciate honesty in answering my questions. He was only here about 45 minutes so he was quick as well.

They were on time and performed the installation without any issues. The quality of the door is very cheap. The door metal is very thin with the screws from the support rails pulling out of the door after as short period of time. Overhead door is a great company for service and installation, I just would never buy a door from them again because of the door quality

Came out and got luckey just happen to remove a garage door opener from a previous job and use a part that was needed off that one so there was no charge for the part just for the service call,and they gave me a discount if I needed that same part in a certain amount of time but so far so go used part is working fine .

I called Overhead Door the last part of November about someone coming by to install a door seal I had picked up at Menards as my old one was worn out and not sealing properly. Someone stopped over within a couple days and suggested they purchase the seal as what I had purchased would not work. The office called a few days later with a quote, the product was ordered and installed within the next week. The work took about 30 minutes. Not only did they install the seal, they also tuned up the garage door opener (it sounds and works like new!) All the cold drafts are now sealed out for the winter months, couldn't be happier!

it went great. I was able to get online before Patrick Tepper, the sales guy, showed up at our appt. so I had a thought about what I style door I wanted. He was prompt and helpful. it took about a month for the doors to be ordered and installed. Once the install date was set, it took a day for the install to occur, and I did not need to be home for them to do the work (although, I did stop home for lunch to check and see how it was going) the guys working were nice and efficient. They had to come back a day later to install some extra strapping in the ceiling supports, although I was able to use the doors while I waited for that to happen. Very happy with the whole process.

These guy are pros everything went smoothly.

eleaving to run errands on friday sept 20 and accidentally backed into the door about 2pm. So there we are trapped in our garage for who knows how long.
I checked Angie's list for a reliable garage door service company and after checking reviews decided to call Overhead Door Co.
To my amazement they had an experienced technician who happened to be in the area out to my house in approx 20 minutes.
Terry came out and took the door off in about 20 minutes so we could run our errands.
the company called me while he was there and gave me a price on a comparable door and we scheduled installation of a new door the following monday afternoon.
I called later to change the color and found out that it was not available so they gave me my second choice and upgraded me to a better quality door at no extra charge.We were going to have to paint the new door anyway.
On monday at the agreed upon time Terry and another young man came to my house with a beautiful new door and preceded to assemble and installl my new door.
They were both very professional, courteous and installed my new door in about 2 hours.They used all new parts and even adjusted my door opener. They did a great job! I would definitely recommend Overhead Door

Everything went well. The gentleman that came over to do the work was punctual, thoroughly explained everything and gave me a couple different options of how to proceed. He offered to change the control panel only (less expensive option) but not guaranteeing a fix. We chose to go ahead and replace the entire motor.

Initial telephone contact was very good. Service was planned in about 48 hours. On day of service, company called to say technician was 20 min away. However, he did not show up. After I called 2 hours later, another technician was dispatched. He came as promised.
He appeared to know what he was about, and did the job promptly, and apparently well. He spent 30 min at the task, including adjusting the fit of the seal to the garage floor.
The telephone estimate was about $24 less than the actual cost.

He did a great job considering that our garage is way out of whack. He had to frame up the front part of the garage because it leans to one side considerably. He was able to do so and make the door look pretty good.
