Shane was very responsive and helpful through the roofing process. The roof was completed within only 3 days, despite some unforeseen setbacks with rotting wood. Shane was present and available through the entire process, making me feel much more at ease. He provided updates each day with photos as necessary and asked questions to ensure I was aligned with some of the choices made. When the project was completed, they cleaned up everything well and did a "walk-through" with us to ensure we were satisfied with the work done. Plus, their price was simply unbeatable.

The Grand Rapids roofers needs to repair the porch roof and other city violations. I'm dealing with problems with this company since 10/17/16. It went very bad beyond my imagination.

"Hello, First I would like to say that I am sorry that you're unhappy, I truly am. However we did offer to refund your money which you stated you couldn't find someone to do it at out price. We even offered to fix everything in your house and the water damage was from many years of leaking, rotten wood, repairs that were already there and spent many days going over your list to make sure you were happy and signed off on each request. There were in fact two licensed contractors not including our own. There is a permit from the city, the many complaints you have all seem to get out of paying what you owe! We have worked with you diligently to ensure you were happy only to receive many complaints that made the roof take much longer than expected. We have truly tried to make you happy and have fixed many issues in your home that you admitted were there before, or show many years of damage! Again I am sorry you're unhappy, we have won the BBB claim and we still have not received any payment!"

Very smooth and stress free process. They were very professional and worked in a timely manner. Great communication between each party. Respectful of our home and yard. Cleaned up after themselves and did not leave anything in the yard for us to have to deal with. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for roof repair or replacement!!
