We hired Kofi to add a room and egress window in the unfinished space of our basement. After he finished the room, during a heavy rain, the room flooded. The carpet was completely soaked! Water was dripping behind the drywall from the water-logged window well. We had to tear out the carpet and drywall due to water damage. Kofi did apologize and said he wanted to make things right, but he did not follow through on his word. In the process of redoing the room, we found out Kofi hadn?t pulled permits. We gave Kofi a second chance after his profuse apologies and ostensible desire to make things right. However, his crew continued to mess up. He openly complained how much money it was costing him, acted like he was doing us a favor, and said we were ?nitpicky.? We ended up firing him and paying a second contractor to finish the room and a landscaping company to repair our yard which he destroyed. Working with Kofi was a horrible experience and we would never recommend him.

Great workers, excellent communication, beautiful work, highly efficient workers, and they are always careful to clean up any mess that was made. I highly recommend this crew for any of your home repairs. Jeff Carroll
