Endless Summer Lawn Care

I contacted them to request lawn and garden care.  The next thing I know, they had already arrived and mowed my lawns without ever contacting me upon arrival and ended up mowing over ornamentals with the excuse that they checked the yards via satellite to know where to mow.  The next time they were late.  The final time, they never even showed up; and my lawn was getting thick.  I contacted them with no response, so I had a neighborhood kid mow my lawns which by that time were about 8" or more tall.  Then they showed up without any notice, and I told them it had already been completed.  They charged me for the day they showed up claiming their worker "wrote that they did the work on their time sheet."  No matter what I said nor who I spoke with, including the owner, Donald Pennock, who sided with his workers.  I subsequently wrote a complaint to them, which they never responded to; so I sent another one with a cc to the BBB and American Landscape Maintenance Association, Waterbury, CT, Association of Grand Rapids Landscape Professionals, Grandville, MI, and Snow & Ice Management Association, Inc., Milwaukee, WI, all of which they said they were members of.  I got now response from any of them either, and my money was never refunded.
