Carpet Cleaning
I was contacted and asked what kind of vacuum cleaner I had, which is a kirby. I then setup an appt for the room cleaning, and was contacted the day of that the appt was canceled. This is the second time, where I've "won" a service, and said service was not administered by D.C. & Co. The fact of the matter is they should not have a contest and offer things they're not going to follow through on.

After putting in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, I was contacted by D.C.&Co. They apologized for the misunderstanding, and did the deep cleaning service they had promised.
