We needed a car immediately. We had no credit, and have had a laundry list of issues to prevent us from working on our credit. Other places promised us a car regardless of credit - these are all the ones you see advertised. They did not respond in a timely manner. Some took 2 days to respond and some took up to a week. I checked online and they called me within 10 minutes and said come on in. We came in on the day of a huge snowstorm and they took care of us promptly. We took and extended test drive...testing performance in the weather. Literally one hour later we drove out in a new car. My only complaint is the high monthly cost for the car, but when you have lousy credit, you can't complain.

I submitted an application online and they called me to set up a time to look at cars. When I showed up, everyone was very friendly and helpful. They walked me through the process and made everything really easy. They told me what I was approved for and let me go look by myself. The whole time they were not pushy or sales persony just straight forward and honest with me. When I picked out my Malibu, they helped me get insurance and did the paperwork very quick. The lady that did the paperwork explained everything and answered all my questions.
