Brad was wonderful. We contacted several home inspectors and he was the first to respond and had a reasonable price. He was early to the inspection and jumped right into the work. He thoroughly examined the house, taking photos of any concerns, and answered the many, many questions that I had of him. He addressed all of our concerns, advised us where we did or did not need to do further inspections (some of which was letting us know we didn't need to do additional inspections which we would have paid him to do). The report was clear and understandable. Highlighting the concerns which he found and then giving a great summary of recommendations at the end so that we could easily find those items to address with scrolling through the entire (quite detailed) report to find them again. Overall, couldn't ask for anything more in a home inspector: communicative, quick response, clear report, and addressed each and every of our concerns.
