I only have one complaint about AMCW.....I should have taken my two dogs there from their puppy hood. I have had no bad experiences there. From the front desk staff, to the doctors, to the nurses and vet techs, to the groomers, everyone has been very nice and welcoming. Dr. Jackie and groomer Jessica are absolutely lovely ladies and I appreciate the care they give my furkids. I would highly recommend bringing your pets to AMCW for any and all of their needs.

I have been to AMC multiple times over the last 2+ years. I have NEVER had a problem with any aspect of their service. This includes the initial phone call to the front desk staff to checking out in the end. I find the entire staff to be very friendly and efficient. The clinical staff cannot be beat in knowledge and expertise. As a result, I have my dogs groomed and boarded at AMC.

I have pet insurance. I have been going to them ever since I have had my dog so, about five years. What I like most are the doctors and the people. They are all good. The doctors are good. My pet doesn't like going there, like any other dog. Like a child, you know, they don't want to get a shot. I can get a same day appointment.

I've been using them for four years now. Everything's an A with them. I like them all the way around. They're just good with animals. They treat them like family.

I asked for a tour of the boarding facility and the kennels seemed small and there wasn't much info given. However I believe my dog was well taken care of. I am always well pleased with the doctors here. The front staff is not always punctual. One time I had to remind them I was there still. For the number of front desk staff I wish they were a bit more attentive.

I was very impressed by the care Dr. Leven gave our family pet. He explained everything he was going to need to do and never once made me feel bad (even though I did) for waiting several days before bringing him in to the vet after he was attacked. He performed the surgery after hours and called me himself to insure us that all was well and we could rest easy that our pet was out of harm's way. He even called us again a couple days later to see how he was doing. Dr. Leven and all of his staff went above and beyond to during this whole ordeal and didn't charge an unreasonable amount for the procedure. I also like how they and quot;knowand quot; you and your pet when you walk through the door. Make no mistake, this is a busy office! But everyone seems to have mastered the skill of making you feel like you're a person... and pet!

The staff and the surgeon were great. Excellent stitching on the big boy's leg. Recovery was fairly quick - would have been better if the weather was more cooperative. The follow up was worth the time and the Vet's comments took away our worries. You always knew he was there to give verbal advice any time. All the procedures were on time and punctual.
Good experience and would recommend them to anyone.

Everyone at the facility obviously cares about animals. They make a point to remember you and your pets name. They can generally fit you in the same day if your pet is sick. The staff at the front desk is caring and knowledgeable. We have seen 3 of the vets and they have all been great. They give common sense advice and excellent instructions upon discharge. One extra perk--they generally call several days after your pet is seen to see how they are doing. This is something we really appreciate!

They are phenomenal. They are more thorough with their examinations and vaccinations. They are flexible with appointments. They take their time with the dogs. They are always clean and healthy when they come home from boarding and I think they have fun while they are there.

We have been going to this Vet for about three years. We have seen every doctor in the practice and love them all. The doctors give you their 100% attention and care for your pet like it was their own. We have a very ill cat who has been on a variety of meds for about two years. Dr. Vincent always calls to follow up on how he is doing and really seems to care about him. All of the staff knows all of my animals by name and is always excited to see them. My dog and even my cat LOVE going to the vet! They also do obedience training for puppies and I highly recommend it. It was nice that my dog was excited to go to the vet every week!We also do the doggie daycare for our dog. She LOVES it! She always comes home happy and tired! Overall this vet may be a bit more expensive than some, but the care they give our animals is definitely worth it!

Our beloved cat was hit by a car and his hind legs were left paralyzed. Even though they were booked, they got him in right away. The veterinarian quickly assessed him and told us it was time to say goodbye. She gave us the option of x-rays, but told us that it would really be a useless. We are on a tight budget, so we only wanted to do what was necessary. They didn't try to take advantage of us during our time of crisis, knowing we would do what had to be done to save our pet. She also reduced our fee for putting him down. On our way out she gave my daughter, who was crying, a barbie that had a little kitty with it to remember him by. As a free gift to all patients that lose their pet, they give you a clay molding of your pets paw. I was very impressed with how they handled our grieving family, tears and all. The veterinarian name was Dr. Schauberger, and I would never use anyone else for our pet care needs. We also boarded our cat over Christmas vacation. They were great and made you think you had the best pet in the world. Everyone knew his name and were so kind.

We called the Animal Medical Center a few days in advance of when we needed our dog boarded and were able to reserve him a spot with ease.
On the date of the reservation (a Saturday), we arrived during the morning to drop off our dog. They had us fill out the necessary paperwork, including listing any feeding/medicinal instructions and signing a liability waiver. While reading over the paperwork I noticed that dogs with certain illnesses are considered to be and quot;hospitalizedand quot; rather than and quot;boarded.and quot; Since our dog is diabetic and requires insulin shots twice a day, he fell into the hospitalization category. When we asked about it, they stated that hospitalization costs twice as much as boarding (approximately $44 vs $22 per night). Though we had boarded our pet here in the past, it was the first time we boarded our dog since his diabetes diagnosis, so we were unaware that it would cost so much more. We told them this was the first we'd heard this and wished we would've been informed over the phone.
Outside of the confusion in cost for and quot;hospitalization/boardingand quot;, our dogs stay went very well. The kennels themselves are quite large and relatively comfortable. They also have a play area for the dogs. Since our dog is considered a and quot;seniorand quot; he is let out with the other senior dogs to roam, rather than let out with all of the excitable young puppies and dogs. The staff who attend to the dogs are friendly, professional, and seem genuinely concerned about our pet's well-being.
Since we boarded our dog on a Saturday for one night, we picked him up during the Sunday pick up hours (from 5-7pm). They provided a pet report card to us upon checkout. He seemed healthy and happy when he came out of the boarding area.
Even though the cost of boarding our dog was more than we had paid in the past before he was diagnosed with the diabetes, we will continue to board him at this location. We've used the Animal Medical Center of Wyoming for over five years for veterinary and boarding services and have been pleased with the care and concern that the staff provides to our pet.

She loves it there and if we tell her that she is going to the doctor, she is like oh, boy. No person is like that for going to the doctor. Their prices are average. If I made the effort to look around I could probably find her Frontline and other things at a lower price but they still give me the discount and they keep me informed on when she needs it because it is so easy to forget. They do give a buy 6 and get 1 free but it is expensive. They are really good there.
