The salesman arrived when promised and was very friendly.  He explained options and took the time to answer all questions.  A few days later, the installer arrived on schedule and installed everything very professionally.

It went fairly well. The initial installer left something to be desired but the person they sent in after him was knowledgeable and good. We've been happy with the system.

There overall service was good. It is very comfortable to our needs compared to others we have looked at. They were very punctual and did set up the security system in reasonable time. Very happy with the service and it has been a year.

THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL WHEN THE ALARM WAS INSTALLED. THEY REALLY TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THE SYSTEM TO ME AND ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS THAT I HAD. THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE WHEN THERE MAYBE A PROBLEM.

THIS COMPANY HANDLED OUR ALARM SYSTEM VERY WELL. THEY REALLY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO EXPLAIN THE SYSTEM TO US AND TO REALLY MAKE SURE THAT I KNEW HOW TO RUN THE SYSTEM.
