I contacted Wyandotte alarm due to $50/mo rates in my previous alarm company. The salesperson came out and was very helpful and professional. I signed an agreement and got a rate at half the price AND I own the equipment now! The alarm was put in the next day and the installer cleaned up after himself and showed me all the perks of the system. Now I have better protection, a cheaper rate, and no false alarms. I'm extremely happy because my monthly saving will pay for the equipment in a little over a year.

They were willing to come out and help us if we have a problem, like ATand T came out to install Internet and messed up their alarm, then they couldn't fix it, so we had to remove the Internet from them and then I had to call Wyandotte to come out and fix it, so that it would go off like it was supposed to and they didn't even charge me for that. When they installed it, there were some problems with our phone line and the guy sent someone to just work on our phone line, which he didn't have to do. They were a lot more reasonable than everybody else in terms of price. They are a friendly company. They work well and try to get through the service I need.

I have been using them for about 20 years. They are very exceptional. They come out an assess everything first to really customize everything to your house. They are hooked up directly to themselves first and then to the police. They have excellent service. Whenever I have had any problems they are right there to fix it.

I hired them for alarms on two homes. They came in gave me an estimate, set up the service just as promised, when they promised. When ever I call with a question they are very helpful. If I want to test my alarm at midnight on a Sunday. They say no problem. Very helpful staff.

I am happy with it. They come out when I ask them to check the system. Their price is very reasonable. They are very professional, very responsive, and very reliable. My experience with them has been good.

Wyandotte Alarm is a local company that serves alarms nationwide. They're terrific to work with especially after the installation during the first few months when tweaking the system to fit unique circumstances.

THEY ARE A VERY RELIABLE COMPANY. I HAVE USED THEM FOR THE LAST TWENTY YEARS OR LONGER. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE SERVICE THAT I GET FROM THIS COMPANY.
