WHITE FURNITURE CO

The sales person was very very helpful, especially when I was placing my order. I ordered. with my friend present, furniture based on the floor samples in the showroom. The furniture arrived and was as hard as a rock and very uncomfortable. I went back to the showroom to, again, with my friend. test the furniture which was very comfortable. I was told the furniture in the showroom was broken in. The manager agreed to take the furniture back, at a cost of course. After they received it back I was told that all the employees sat on the returned furniture and it was the same as the floor model. So, I guess I was wrong and they were right eve though the floor sample was broken in and the delivered furniture was new. . I was compensated by giving them additional money to buy a different floor model. Needless to say I was tired of the hassle and now have a couch with a board under the cushion so we don't sink when we sit on it. I have decided my only solution is to purchase new furniture elsewhere.
