The plug was actually further down the drain. That was cleared in no time at all. He also offered instructions in "what can and can not" go down the drain. He came out very promptly, did the work correctly, charged a fair price , and cleaned up when through with the work. I recommend this company completely. I was born in Wyandotte, MI and thought I should give this vendor a try, and I'm glad I did.

I am very pleased with how professional, respectful and honest he carried him self. Very pleased with how smooth the job went. He explained everything he was doing and keeping me in the loop the whole time. The 24hr service is a huge plus! He was even careful and caring when practice distancing and being safe!
