Mitten Home Company just did a roof replacement a few weeks back and we are very happy with the work, the quality of the material, and the amount of time Dimas, Aaron and Chrisopher spent explaining the different options. It was very appreciated. Our roof replacement included: * Removal of the old Shingles * Removal of two Skylights * Removal of two Attic Fans * Replaced lots of rotted OSB wood (over 25 sheets) * Ice and Water Shield the full roof because of low pitch. * Installed Malarkey Vista AR class 4 Impact Rating shingle * Note: The Shingles had different warranties, which would be hard to explain here. * Mitten 5-year guarantee along with a free annual inspection during the 5 years. * Terms included one with no money down, a 50% deposit same day of material delivery, and the remainder of the balance within 24 hours of completion. In closing, I am happy to say Mitten fits our needs like a Glove.
