It was outstanding. The guys doing the work were professional and skilled at what they did. The windows look great and I would not think twice about hiring them again. Very pleased.

I highly recommend Glass Block Professionals. My call for a quote was answered promptly, a representative came out within 2-3 business days and scheduled our job for the same week. They arrived early and were done with the job in about an hour. They cleaned up after themselves and were friendly and professional. Very reasonable quote.

Well, I would like to says thanks for Angie's List in helping Onsite finders to have the listing and not having to go through so many other listings... I had given a down payment, but was not ready for the service to be started back in 2018.. Once I was ready my sales man Dan, came out to meet with me again and go over the previous estimate... I must say he was warm, Kind, very professional and on time... Next when my funds were ready they came and started the work... I have enjoyed the entire Crew, from Robbie the Tuck expert, Meeting the owner Pops, Dan again, Toney and Devin.. They spent the day with me... I looked for patience and explaining pointers to me of my residence and he schooled me.. Pops is very knowledgeable... All of them have such a wonderful spirit... They were not in a hurry in doing the job... They took time and was always cleaning up behind themselves and that I did appreciate... Pops and his crew enjoyed what they do... I like a family owned business... I will be hiring them again were I see there is work that need to be done again around my residence or when I start getting into Real Estate... I fed them and provided water as much as they would like to have... It was hot outside... I have referred them to a couple of people that I know... I would like to say again Angie's list for adding Glass Block Professionals to your list of honest workers... This is a great company. The sales person was polite and friendly. Most importantly, he was not pushy and didn't pressure us into buying anything on the spot like most sales people do. He told us about their company and we really liked that they were licensed and insured. Most of the other companies I talked to weren't. He gave us a price, answered all of our questions, and left. Once we decided that we were ready to get the windows installed, we called the office and they scheduled us for early the next week. They told us they would call to confirm the day before. They called the day before to confirm. The installers called ahead of time to let us know they were on the way. Once they got here, they walked around with us to confirm the order before starting work. Once they were done with the work (around 3 hours) they asked us to walk around again so we could look at the work performed so we could make sure we were happy with it before they cleaned up and collected. I was really happy we chose this company to install our windows. They were very professional and did an excellent job. I really appreciate that they took the time to ask us to look at the windows before they collected to make sure we were happy with the work. I've had other work done in my home before and I can't recall another company asking to be inspect work like they did.

Overall, it went quite well, except the installers arrived around 10:00 AM when we were scheduled for the afternoon. Fortunately we got home early or they would have had to wait a few hours before beginning. There was a lack of communication regarding the city permit, but eventually that was resolved and I now have the permit.

The company was very responsive and came out the day after I called for an estimate. The work they did looks wonderful and they left absolutely no mess, inside or out! They were quick and efficient. The entire job was finished in less than 2 1/2 hours.

This was a very decent contractor to use. He was clean, worked very diligently to see everything was the highest quality and done perfectly and the price wasn t bad considering all he had to do. I would recommend his services to others and will use him again myself.
