The salesman Dennis came to the house as scheduled and discussed the various options with me. Even though his estimate was the highest of 5, I went with his company because of the high degree of satisfaction that I had read about them and for the few hundred dollars more, I felt they would do the best job. I was not disappointed. The work started the day it was scheduled and ended just a few hours later than I was told. The guy's that did the work were courteous and did not seem to mind that I was l watching their progress most of the time. The only mishap was taken care of promptly and the end result was a professionally looking install. The day after the install Dennis took care of some incidentals, inspected everything and of course collected the payment for the install. I liked the fact that I did't have to put any money down for the project and if things were not to my satisfaction I could withhold payment until I was completely satisfied. The install went smooth and from what I could tell everything was installed correctly, time will tell. All in all the process was smooth and with a minimum of mess. Thanks to Dennis and his crew for all the hard work and attention to detail.

Gee & Missler installed a new furnace and air conditioner last fall in our home. We have used this company for our heating and cooling need several times. They are always willing to work with you and around your schedule. Fair price and great service. We will be using them in the future. The guys who work here are really terrific.

It took a bit longer than we expected( a few day) as you all remember last summer was very HOT so the sooner the better. But the installer did a super job of tearing down the old furnace and duct work to put in the new. the furnace and duct work was original to our house so was a very dirty job to do.
Everything is working fine!!!
All though the hole they filled with cement where the old furnace was,wasn't very good cement and has been chipping and eroding away. we will have to remove and redo that part.
(We have yet to receive our rebates that were to be taken care of by the company,not sure what is up with that. have called 3/4 times since done but to no avail. seems to have been pushed off to some else and never followed up on there end. My husband not very happy about that,me either:(

Will Gee came and gave a fair estimate for a new boiler furnace. Will has his degree in this field and was very thorough. I called one day and he was out the next morning, it seems he lives only a mile from my house too. He grew up helping his father and really knows the in's and outs of heating and cooling. I would recommend getting Gee and Missler for an estimate. I went with another company due to brand I wanted they did not use.

In the consumer world today, customer service and quality are two of the most overlooked services that businesses provide. This is certainly not the case with Gee and Missler. They are a top notch company that pride themselves on the quality of their products, customer satisfaction, and installation services!
Dennis came out and provided us with a quote for new furnace, air filter and humidifier. He was very thorough and answered all questions. After receiving quotes from other local companies, Gee and Missler was not only the best price, but also was also informative, friendly, punctual and fair. Dennis explained that for the size of our home we did not need a bigger furnace like the either companies suggested. On the day that work started they got down to business quickly and were very friendly and respectful of our home. The installers were introduced to us before the installation process and they made sure my wife and I had a thorough understanding of what the process would entail. The installers gave us a detailed run through on how to operate our new furnace, humidifier and thermostat. After the completion of the installation our basement was thoroughly cleaned by the team. We cannot recommend Gee and Missler enough if you are looking for great products and quality service.

I called in the morning and Carl came that evening almost to the minute when I was told he would arrive. Carl was professional and explained to me everything he was doing. It was a dirty job but he was pleasant the entire time. If I had to call again, I would definitely request Carl.

Went well. Dennis came out quickly and worked up a quote. We agreed and work was started in 45 days. Dennis was also the overseer of the job. Major work in the attic. Air was directed through flexable duct from attic thru closets to first floor. Workers had obviously done this before. Duct was snaked above lst floor ceiling creatively. A few small cracks in 2nd floor ceiling were created from all the work done in attic, discount was given. Good quality work was done. Company was honest and trust worthy.

Carl, the technician on site arrived 2 hours prior to his scheduled arrival (a big plus) and was able to get our heat back on the day after Christmas. The call/request was placed the same morning (early 8am) and Carl arrived at 2:30pm that afternoon. He spent about 3 hours on-site and after replacing the more inexpensive components in an attempt to repair the unit, he ultimately replaced the gas regulator. It's now working great and it's a real pleasure after being without heat since Christmas eve to have a warm house again. Carl was very courteous, neat, organized, explained what he was doing along the way and a real pleasure to work with. Thank you, Carl.

Everything went fine. I was told by the person who I made the appointment with that I would have the first appointment of the day (8:00 a.m.); however, the service tech called at 8:00 a.m. to say he was on his way and that the 8:00 a.m. is a "leave the shop time." I suppose there could have been some miscommunication between myself and the person who made the appointment. He checked the unit and added what he referred to as a "small amount" of freon. I assume he did everything he should have; although I really have no way of knowing since I have no knowledge of air conditioning units. He did go into the basement and offered me some tips on cooling and heating efficiency. The service call was $70 for one hour and $40 for the freon.

Gee & Missler Heating & AC came out and checked for carbon monoxide and cleaned up some contacts. I would absolutely recommend them. We put in three furnaces in three homes and all of them were done by Gee & Missler. The services that I've asked them to do they have never had a problem with doing it and they have always been there within a reasonable time. They clean up after themselves and do a very good job and they are very professional.

They are wonderful. Since the installation work, I purchased the maintenance plan. They come out once a year to inspect the furnace and ac. They clean it and service what is needed. They are very professional and thorough. The salesman was really nice and knowledgeable. I knew I wanted an energy efficient furnace and ac unit. He brought the information to me. He did not steer me towards the lowest or highest priced unit but the best quality unit for my home. My furnace is 898 % efficient. They also relocated my thermostat to the center of our home so it would be more appropriate for the size in my home. I can preset the heating and cooling. We don’t have to change or manipulate the temperature. They cleaned up well and got the job done.
