Company was recomended by a friend. They were prompt in their responce. She, yes it was a women, took care of the problem efficently and did not to try to sell more service than what was required, ie cleanout all the way to the city street drain or camera inspection of pipes as she did not believe it was called for. She did explain what to watch out for in the future that might require more extensive work and what behaviors in my house that probably contributed to the problem.
