Got a return call with an estimate in a very timely manner. The crew arrived on time, verified what we wanted done and then went right to work (one inside and one outside). Whenever they were inside the home they wore booties to keep our floors clean - very much appreciated that. Finished quickly and did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone.

My home is mostly glass has floor to ceiling glass in front of home. Did an excellent job took their time very clean and thorough. Very friendly .

It went great! The owner and one tech came to the house. They were very kind and professional. They spent about 1.5 hours for my 2,100 sq. ft. home. They removed all the screens and washed them, upon my adding that service. While inside the home they used shoe covers without hesitation. Final product was my windows are cleaner then the day they were installed. It has since rained a few times and not even a drop has stuck to the window. Very pleased customer.

They showed up on time and were very professional. They went above and beyond what I expected them to do which was great. He left me some of the liquid that he washed my windows with for me to use in the future for my windows which I thought was nice.

Great as usual. Val and Daniel and all their staff are very friendly, professional and perform excellent service. The windows just sparkle when they are done and it lasts a long time. I have them clean my windows twice a year and in the fall they clean out the gutters too. They are so efficient in how they work that they are done in no time at all. They never leave a mess or ruin any flowers with the ladders. I actually look forward to the time when the windows need to be cleaned because it is such a pleasure doing business with them. I recommend them to all my friends and neighbors so I hope many of them have actually called for service.

Daniel and Daniel arrived as scheduled, and went straight to work.
While Daniel (one of the owners) began cleaning the gutters, the other Daniel began the power washing.
They moved all of the furniture on the outside of the house so it wouldn't be damaged during the power washing. In addition to washing the house, they also washed down the awnings and the concrete! They went above and beyond by climbing on the roof so they could wash down the top of a large awning in the back of the house.
I felt very comfortable having Daniel in the house. He was very personable and made a point of making sure I had no concerns. He cleaned inside of all of the windows, and the mirrors - even the ones that were hard to reach (which I hadn't cleaned in ages)
The final stage was cleaning the exterior of the windows. All the screens were wiped down and the sills cleaned.
They replaced the furniture, and took the bag of trash from the gutters to the street for me.
I will be using them in the fall to clean the gutters, and since the pricing is so reasonable maybe repeating the power washing and windows cleaning. Next spring I'm going to have them replace some of my window screens.
They also do wall washing in the winter months, so that's going on my 'to do' list as well.
So happy that I found this company, everyone should call them!

I have used their services repeatedly. I am sometimes happy with their work and sometimes I am not. They are the nicest people in the world. Sometimes, it's completely different like I have never ever seen those people before. Sometimes they come and do a pretty good job. I was thinking if there was anybody else I could use. However, when you get comfortable with somebody and use them, I know what I am going to get. They charge me a good price too. My friend uses them as well and she told me to call them back if I wasn't happy. I shouldn't have to call them back since they should do a good job the first time they come. It annoys me that they don't. My brother-in-law used them this year. He had asked my mother-in-law because I had told them that they would feel safe about having A-1 Sunshine in their home. My mother-in-law was by herself. I also told them that they don't always do the greatest job, but they are pretty good. It's hard to say that I don't like them because I do like them. I don't always like their work. It's a husband and wife team. They do a bit better job when the wife comes, but they don't do a good job when the husband comes with the other guys that he hires sometimes. The husband is quite a talker and he has to pay attention to what he is doing. I love them to death since they are very sweet. However, I am not hiring them to be very sweet and I am hiring them to wash my windows. I have them mostly to do my outside because I don't want to do the outside anymore. I can handle the windows inside. They are good about coming. You call them and they are here within a couple of days and they do a fairly decent job. Sometimes, they will skip windows and they are not even bothered to wash them. I am never quite happy with them and maybe I am too picky. I think I expect too much sometimes. At the same time when you are in business and that's what you do for a living, you have to be nice if you want to make money by doing a good job. I use them over and over because I do appreciate their work and yet I don't. They charge me $35 every time they come. That's the ongoing price. I have probably used them for four or five years and it has always been $35. I think it was the mother and her son who last came out. Sometimes I am not even here when they come and I don't really know. If I pay them cash, they don't charge me as much. So, I just tape the money to the door with their name on it and they do their work. Then they take the money and go and I don't see them again till the next time. In the spring of last year, I had the guy come and I was baby sitting my grandson who was like four. I let them do my front windows on the inside. I have Pella windows with panes and so, they charged me for each pane, which was okay since I knew that's what they would do. The guy did work on the inside. He wasn't very careful with my wood floors and he let my grandson help him clean the windows. He was talking to my grandson instead of focusing on the windows. Then he brought like three other guys to my house and they were done and waiting for him. They could have done a better job on the windows while they were just getting it done quickly and waiting around. Then they left some of their stuff here. I want to find somebody who I like better than them, but I am too lazy to do it. Sometimes they are supposed to wipe off the windows and they don't always do that as well as they could. It's picky little stuff and that's what I am hiring them to do. Sometimes they do it and sometimes they don't. They are not lousy, but they are not great either. The price that I am paying is an excellent price for getting my windows done because I wouldn't do it for $35. They even wash my skylights and I don't even ask them to do that, but they do. If I have a glass on my storm door, they will wash that. So, it's a far price. Their responsiveness and punctuality are both very good. It's the price that keeps me going back to them even though I don't think they do a perfect job.

I have used them for several years now, to clean my windows. They do a great job. They do a good job and the individuals who come out are very personable. I would definitely use their services again in the future.

The company was quick to respond to my phone call and scheduled the service within a reasonable time. The result was better than we expected. They removed algae and moss growth from the brick walls and brick patios and cleaned these areas beautifully. They washed all the siding and the exterior of the windows, including some that are not often washed because they are hard for us to reach. They cleared the gutters and promised to clean them again in the fall. This company offered friendly, professional service at a reasonable price.

They are very professional and they are very nice people, the kind you wouldn't mind having in your home. They do an excellent job with the cleaning itself. I would and do recommend them to friends.

It went very good. We had canceled twice before because of rain and they were very accommodating at setting up a time that would work for both of us. I would recommend them.

The first cleaning was great, the second wasn't quite as good as the first, and then the third went down hill. I quit using them after that.

They arrived within 15 minutes of our appointment time and completed the work in about two hours. My windows and mirrors have never looked this good! If you have pets, please be careful. They did let my dog out accidentally, and she was running down the street when I found her. They were professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

They were excellent! They even cleaned a couple mirrors in the house that they didn't have to do. They gave me a really good price and were competent, friendly, and thorough.
