"I am so sorry that this happened. Both my girls said they would take a lie detector test. Not that means anything at the moment. I have always responded to your concerns as soon as I received your comment cards. You had been with us for 2 1/2 years and I only received 2-3 calls from you. It was always comment cards. Those concerns are always passed to the team cleaning your home."
"It is usually difficult to schedule appointments when you have a specfic day and time. I called you when it was first set up to tell you the time the girls would be there and you did not like it and cancelled that visit. I refunded you $59.00. The total cost of the visit was $72.00. Of course a new person coming into your house is going to ask what you want done. You limited the cleaning to $131.00 and they need to know your specifics. If you are not forthcoming with your concerns, limit the amount of time the team is there, of course we can't properly service your home."
"I am so sorry you were not happy with the cleaning on your new home. So I am a little confused as to why you recommended us to the new owners of your old home. Also, when I did a follow up call to you, the only things mentioned were the kitchen sink, kitchen backsplash and the basement bathroom. You had movers in your home at the same time as us, so it is understandable that the floors we just cleaned (you said your husband verifies this) would become dirty all over again. It is also rather difficult to clean around movers coming in and out of your home, someone is always in the way of someone else. Green cleaning is not for everyone, which is why I also carry chemicals, especially for new cleans. Customers are given their choice when I do a welcome call. My teams will honor that choice. I am very sorry that green cleaning does not work for you. There were 3 girls in your home, they all travel in 1 car. My team leader tells me 1 was in the bathrooms when your husband arrived. Again I am very sorry that our services are not a proper fit for your home and needs."
"I have to admit that I am mystified at the at the extremely low grade that was given. We do not charge extra to "familiarize" our self with a customers home. I always call after an initial cleaning and I was told by the customer that the "initial cleaning" was good and the only thing missed was the side light on the front door. The 2nd cleaning the customer was not happy with an area rug by the front door. There was still dog hair on that rug. When there are 2 long haired, shedding dogs, to get off all dog hair on only a 2 week cleaning is very difficult. And in fairness the front door side light was missed again, the ladies were concentrating on the rug by the door. The 3rd visit I was told the rug looks good but now there are streaks on the wood floor around the rug. I offered to have the ladies come back as soon as they were finished with the current customer, but that was not soon enough and it would interfere with her schedule. I can't have my girls walk out in the middle of another customers home. My team leader did come in the following morning, telling me she had swapped ideas with the other leaders so she had a good idea how to make this particular customer happy. The issues were not taken lightly by the cleaning crew. I did tell the customer, after the crews left for the day, that the team leader was not taking her concerns lightly. No other complaints were ever voiced about an inadequate cleaning. I can't fix something I am not told about. I have never liked the old adage "you can't please all the people all the time" but it is unfortunately true. But we do, thankfully, please the majority of the people. Issues are always addresses and never shrugged off. As long as we know about the issues. It seems in the harsh grading that the overall appearance of the house was ignored in favor of only the Foyer."
