Not bad overall.
Installers never checked in with us after the installation. So there was no final inspection. We had a problem with one area that could have been taken care of when the installers were there. It took 3 calls to customer service to get a call back. We have the repair scheduled for next week. This was irritating.

It was very good. Everything that we wanted they got. The timing, the appointments that they gave us, we don't have any issues, they came when they said they are going to come, they installed when they said they are going to install. They did a pretty good job. You have to compare the price obviously, I think they are pretty competitive if we compare them to let's say Home Depot. We compared about 4 of them and pricewise, they were pretty good, not the lowest but not the highest. They told us where to get the granite from; we had the chance to look at it before we pick anything. The service was great and based on the comparison I think we actually got a good deal there. They are responsive, by phone and if you stopped by, they are willing to help.

They were absolutely wonderful. They were punctual. They told us exactly what we were going to get and we got it. We would use them again in the future. In fact, we are going to go over there tomorrow.
