I would use no other company. Excellent work, fair price, professional & communicated every step. Thank you for correcting the mess left from the previous company. Richard has the required skills, experience, and has excellent attention to detail. Can't recommend a better company to work with.

Richard responded to my voicemail message right away and we scheduled an appointment for him to assess the problem (I did not know the brackets were the problem until he showed me). It turned out that several of the brackets were cracked and my balcony railings presented a hazard. It took us some time to find the matching color (my HOA and the condo builder were less than helpful so it took longer than we anticipated). Richard found the brackets and installed them right away. The whole experience was pain free and Richard was kind enough to talk about Star Trek with me.

What a positive experience! I had storm damage to my home and some vinyl siding that needed to be repaired and a small section replaced. Richard promptly got back with me and was able to help. He was courteous, professional, very detail oriented and pleasant. After looking at the damage, he explained exactly what needed to be done and was able to find an exact match to my old siding and got the job done in no time at all! I highly recommend Source One Maintenance. I know a lot of people are not willing to take on small jobs, but he was very happy to. I'm going to have some new flooring installed soon and I for sure will be asking Richard to do that job, as well.

Richard did a top-notch job installing our vinyl shake siding over the T1-11 wood on the 1987-built house we purchased last year. The Certainteed siding turned out to be quite a bit more involved than your average vinyl siding, but it's so worth the price and aesthetics. Richard was knowledgeable, thorough, punctual, hard-working, and even came to work on a couple Saturdays and Sundays to make up for weather delays during the week. He paid a great deal of attention to detail, catching things I did not first notice about areas that needed to be corrected in order to provide the best quality job for a very reasonable price. I recommend him highly for any job.

It went very well, Richard Foster is the owner, and he did an excellent job.  I would reccomend his services to anyone. His prices are extremely reasonable.
