Thieves. Grossly overcharged me for a PVC fence that is falling over and they refuse to fix. It has been determined by another contractor that the fence footings were not installed deep enough and the entire thing will have to be pulled out and replaced costing me twice as much as it did to install. Owner and foreman have been rude and disrespectful and now refuse to respond to me. These people should be ashamed of themselves.

due to permit being ready sooner than expected our fence was installed sooner than planned. However, the installation crew hit our cable line which resulted in a loss of cable and calls to the cable company and wait time to repair. They also hit our electric line which resulted in (a month later) random loss of power to our house. DTE explained that the line was nicked during installation and the insulation in the line slowly starts to deteriorate causing random outages until the final outage which resulted in them digging up our yard to replace the line with a new line. Finally have full power after 2 days. Not sure if I would hire again. 1) I won't ever need another fence 2) I am not sure how qualified the crew was.

Novi fence came out and found the yard markers right away (where other fence companies couldn't locate) They supplied me with a quote and gave me an estimated time to start the fence. They contacted me about 1-2 weeks early to see if we were ready for our fence to be started. I eagerly said yes. They set posts on a Thursday and came back on Monday to finish the install. The even went above and beyond by repairing a chain link area that one of my dogs manages to squeeze through.
Everyone was very nice, from the initial quote to the men that came out to install the fence. I would highly recommend them.

Went very well. They came out gave me a quote. I agreed and they showed up and did the repairs. It was not necessary to be home and they billed me.

Arrived right on time and they went right to work. They worked so hard, I felt bad for them and made sure they had plenty of drink in a cooler. By lunch time they were 60-75% done as this was a big project. The foreman Bryan kept me informed of what was going on and his whole team was very nice and professional. I got them pizzas to insure they had enough strenght to keep going, and they did like a machine. After the posts had settled and harden, they installed the gates 2 days later. Only took a couple of hours and the foreman came out to complete the job. Jim the owner worked with me to insure I had the material and time frame I wanted. I could not ask for any better. Best choice I had ever made. Money well spent and worth every penny. Now I have one of the best looking houses on the block thanks to Novi Fencing.

Did great job, took time to follow contours of my lawn, and all tops were even. Made surrounding yards look like they were done by amateurs.

I found the company on Angie's List, called, and the owner came out and gave me an estimate. He said it would be about 2 weeks from the time he received a down-payment until he did the job. I sent the down-payment and he came out and did the job within the approx. time frame. I had a new vinyl fence installed and it looks great. The installer evened up the fencing and set the posts in concrete, something the first company I had do some work failed to do. I would recommend this company and will use them in the future if I need more fencing.

Great! I got a quote from another company about three weeks prior to calling Novi Fence, and the quote I got from that company was ridiculous (they wanted over $1200 for the same job). I am no fencing expert, but $1200 for this small of a job sounded outrageous to me, so I decided to get a second opinion and called Novi Fence. I got an estimate the next day, which was much more reasonable at $540. I mailed the deposit, and a week later I came home from work to find a shiny new gate over my driveway. No hassles, fair price, and the fence looks great. Exactly what I asked for.

Overall, I thought that they did a good job, but there were a couple of things that they did have to come back to fix. They did give me the best price I could find though and they were very professional.
