Locked myself out of the house while I was leaving to walk to school to pick up my kids (1/2 mile walk). Called a couple of other locksmiths and got no answer. Call JK and was my call was quickly answered and they said they'd have someone to the house in 30 minutes. I did not even make it home from the school before they called to say they were at the house!!!! They had the door open in minutes, which was great since both my kids naturally had to use the restroom as soon as we got to the locked house. I had them make me 2 extra keys so I can find a neighbor to help out next time, but I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again! Thank JK Locksmith

Although a small job, he was responsive (called back quickly), and was punctual and efficient. Would use again.

Went great -- they came out the same day I called, got it done in minutes and made it so the lock can't even be turned anymore. Hated having to spend money on it (clearly I would be a lousy burglar based on my inability to use a bobby pin or credit card) but this was reasonable and painless.

Put in the call for service and got an arrival time of between 12 - 2pm. The serviceman did not show. I called and finally got someone out at 5pm. The person on the phone and who did the service was very apologetic, but non the less, I wasted an entire afternoon waiting. The work done was fine, but the price was higher than expected.
The workmanship was ok and the man stayed late until the job was done, but coordination and communication needs to be improved

I have had twenty or so different requests with JK Locksmith, and every job has been easy for me and satisfactory for the church. Every person on the JK staff knows enough about the lock technology and business that they can help, they don't just take messages for Jesse.

They do a great job, he is courteous, gets the job done and the price is more than fair.
