FOUR SEASONS PAINTING

I contacted them to paint my deck during the Covid pandemic period. They said they usually do not paint a deck only but, they would considering that they painted my house exterior the previous year. They said they would contact me when they were coming. NO calls ever. I called them that year and the following year a few times to hear that they were busy and they would do it. Long story short, they never showed up or apologized to me for that.

Sam completed the work on-time and within budget as promised. I'm very pleased with the outcome.

The work turned out good. They did a nice job prepping it, which is the important part. They got everything. It was very neat, and they did not spread it all over the place. They were here when they said they would be here and finished when they said they would. I had one area where I thought they had missed a part, and so I asked them to come back out later - probably October - and they did fix it. They performed as promised. One of the owners of the company, Dave, was out here with them. He was fantastic and did a good job of making sure that everybody got things done right. I think the painters that they hired were subcontractors that they worked with for a while. Dave is a pro but the other guys are a little more transient; Dave keeps them alive. I was pretty satisfied with them and had no problems. I would use them in the future if necessary.

I was truly amazed by the quality of work that was done. It was difficult, if not impossible, to see the areas that were 'touched up'. Sam was a professional from the first time we met for his estimate until the time he finished the job. He not only did top notch work, he was thorough and efficient, finishing by the time he proposed. In my experience, most painters leave behind some amount of mess including materials, trash and unintended spots on surfaces that have to be removed. This was not the case with Sam. In fact, he left the area probably cleaner then when he started. I felt that I had received more then my money's worth with Four Season Painting.
