It didn't get completed and what was done is done incorrectly.

It didn't.

Started 10th December 2015 and was never completed. The bedroom walls are uneven. Missing apron on closet door. No threshold between laminate flooring and carpeting. No shower door. No tile around base of wall. Improper tile at opening of shower. I could continue.

Just had a different contractor come and note all that was wrong. Uneven walls and wrong panelling in the bedroom. No apron above the closet. No threshhold from laminate flooring to carpet. That's one room. The lower bath has missing tile around the base of the wall. Wrong tile at opening of shower, so it leaks. No shower door. Trim on right, but not on left side of opening. Should I go on.

I needed to get grab bars installed in my 89 year old relatives shower.  I could not do it myself as the shower liner was curved and I was afraid I couldn't make it safe.  Home Depot put me in contact with ECI Services.  They were extremely responsive (the other contractor Home Depot suggested still has not called me) and contacted me within 8 hours of my request.  They gave me a price and set up the appointment with the carpenter, Bob.  He arrived right on time, did an excellent job of installing the grab bars and cleaned up the work area after he was done.  He even wore shoe protectors!  I am so thankful that I don't have to worry so much about my relative falling in the shower since Bob did the work.  I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

Last August we had a huge storm and my partially finished basement was full of water, i mean full! we called another company and they were 5 days before they would be able to get to us.  We say an ECI van in our neighborhood and called them and they had somone out that night.  Some of the water had gone down by then but there was still standing water. The guys pumped the water out and we helped them put all the wet stuff to the curb.  We were devastted but the crews and the support staff were great.  We were able to even upgrade to nicer things while staying within our budget with the insurance company.  We had a really good experiance with this company and we would reccomend them again.

Went pretty well.

First of all ECI was recommended to me by a good friend who used them to repair damage to his home. The process of starting the work and completing the work were good. The workman was nice, clean and the job was done in a timely manor. I followed up with the company 20 months after the job was completed for some repair work on the shower. The sill over the step into my shower has cracked followed by the grout falling out from around the tiles on the outside of the shower step and then followed by the grout falling out around the tiles on the inside of the shower step. I stopped using the shower assuming that water was somehow getting into and behind those specific tiles. I called the ECI office and spoke with the secretary. I initially asked to speak with Chip the project manager for our job, but he was no longer with the company. I told the secretary that I was calling to get an estimate on repairing the shower. I knew the previous work was out of warranty, but I liked the work that was done and it was not a big job now so I wanted to have the same company come back out. I asked if I could get an estimate on the repair.  I had to clarify with the secretary several times that I was aware that it was no longer under warranty and that I would be paying for it as a new job. I was given the phone number to Brian Ellis, the President of ECI Services and I left him a phone message. He called me back after my second phone message to him. He asked me to send him some photos of the problem to get an idea of what I was telling him. He gave me his email address. I sent him the photos that same evening. He never emailed or called me back. So, I called the ECI office again. Left the same message regarding wanting to have a new job started to repair the shower that they remodeled. I emailed the manager two more times with the same request. No call back was ever received and no emails were ever returned after I mailed the pictures of my showers current state to the manager. Based on this experience I would not recommend them again.
