Description of Work: Provider came to my home to interview me and see what my decorating needs were. First appointment was completely missed. They showed up 2 hours late for the second appointment. I learned that the designer was having car difficulties, after I called to inquire when they were late. I was not in the market for window coverings but this seemed to be the main thing they wanted to sell. Furniture from a limited stock was very overpriced. I ordered nothing and wasted multiple hours.

Description of Work: We bought a big deal from them. It was for interior decorating. They remodeled my kitchen, put in hardwood floors and updated the half bath.

Description of Work: We had a 1 hour consultation about redecorating and painting the interior of our main floor. When the consultant arrived, she informed us that they usually discuss window treatments first and plan a paint color around the window treatment choice. This seemed backward to my wife and I, as the paint color is much more permanent than the window treatment. When I realized that they sell the window treatments (which are high, if not very high priced), I realized that this is the reason why. | |We looked at window treatments and declined. At this point, they provided a nice service. She looked around our main floor, had some suggestions about paint color, mostly asking for our opinion on choices, which was fine. She did help us come up with the best way to use color in our interesting space. | |The pricing is interesting, and I'm not still sure what their pricing is. She told us if we wanted them to do a full remodel, including furniture, etc, the consultation was free regardless of whether we purchased anything from them. Our consultation was $99 because we were just discussing paint and window treatments. My wife went around and around over the phone trying to be sure we were doing the right thing and getting what we wanted. | |Overall, satisfied. We did get the suggestions we needed, however, it felt more like the designer was interested in obtaining further business and sales than truly helping us with our current project.

Description of Work: I realize that the job I was wanted was a small one. They emailed me that a different designer would me coming - a junior designer. This was fine. She did discuss design/organization in my house. She was very pleasant. She also sent an email with some ideas.

Description of Work: I bought a small rug from them. The rug is approximately 4 by 6 feet.

Description of Work: They did some blinds and window treatments. This was for 16 windows. This was for all custom vertical blinds.

Description of Work: She laid out a plan for one wall in a living room. They came to my home and delivered a custom made couch. They helped to pick out the fabric for the couch and all of the living room. They did a good job. The service was not cheap. She laid out that plan and I can buy piece's for that when I have the money. I love the couch.
