Complete waste of time and money.

It started in January, but they did not finish until March of 15. That's because they had to wait for things to come in and then they started another job someplace else. So I had to wait for somebody to come back. I thought the workers were disrespectful and they did not tell the truth. They used things in our house. She sub-contracted work out to people and then would not take responsibility for them doing a bad job. I had to have the work redone after they left. I would not hire them again. I thought they were overpriced. But, I didn't mind if they had done a good job. The floors look nice. I would definitely not recommend them on a kitchen remodel. The kitchen cabinets look terrible. It was a big job and I thought they could handle it. But, no.

It went very well. I got some great recommendations. She was prepared with a lot of fabric samples, very prepared and on time. It was a very good experience.

The service was wonderful. Corrine helped me pick paint colors for the entire interior. We continued the business relationship, she helped pick out accessories, window treatments and she has been there for the deliveries. She was easy to work with and the colors she picked were not what I would have done on my own which helped me step out of my box. I have a lot of confidence in her and her choices.

Veronica is AWESOME!! This is our third project with her and her team. We are looking forward to our next project already, but have to save for it! We had some issues with scheduling with so many sub-contractors, but everyone worked really hard to finalize the project. Everything turned out better than expected. Veronica definitely knows my taste and put together a comprehensive plan for us to review and make final selections. I am so excited to have the kitchen of my dreams! Thank you to Veronica and the team!

We had Corrine come out for a design consultation. I was hoping for her to come in, give opinions on color, furniture, cabinets, what should and should not be done. All she did was pull out a bunch of paint swatches and held our hand through the color picking process. Had she given any ideas at all I would have hired the company to take on our very large project. After she left we realized that she basically ended up suggesting a different shade of WHITE for our main paint color which is what we already have and are trying to get away from. We did not end up using a single color that was chosen from her samples. Waste of time and money. It has been a longer process but after that experience we realized we could do better on our own.

She looked through my house and suggested where the furniture should be. She'll return for a price to hang pictures and lamps. She did a great job.

There was some confusion with scheduling. They tried to schedule online and I didn't realize she needed a response from me. Since I did not confirm, she did not show up when I was expecting her. When I contacted them, they were very apologetic. We rescheduled and everything was perfect. She arrived on time and spent about an hour and a half for the appointment. She gave me some suggestions. That helped me to decide what ways I would like to go. She was very pleasant. She did help me out with some color suggestions as well. I felt that I got what I had paid for. It was very nice!

I'm not really sure what we paid for, to be honest. The whole visit involved a walk through of our house and a discussion of some things we were interested in doing (colors, etc.). There was some viewing of before / after photos of previous projects, and the remainder of the time was a conversation with a designer on how the process would go if we chose to work with them on interior design. We did receive very high level estimates of the cost to redo each room that we discussed.
I wouldn't call this a design consultation; it was more like paying someone for an estimate without really getting any ideas of what the end result would be.
This was a complete waste of money.

Veronica has been very diligent in contacting us wanting to make sure that we get the consulting that we paid for. Unfortunately, our schedules have not allowed a repeat visit, but all indications are that this will be addressed. I've updated the overall rating accordingly and will do so again once they come back out.

Veronica did make a return visit and provided several good ideas on how we could redecorate / rearrange a couple rooms to make our house more attractive. This was very much in line with our expectations.

It went well. We wanted some wall color ideas as well as furniture placement ideas. The work was completed in two hours.

Everything turned out fine. I have no concerns with them. She is a designer and she recommended a color to go in a room that we had, we are happy with the suggestion that she gave. She did everything that was needed, she was very business like. It was a quick purchase that was ordered for me and delivered. The delivery was on time.
