Ordering custom blinds on the internet can be a very scary and daunting task; especially if you have zero knowledge or experience in this field. We would like to take a moment to express how fortunate we were to work with Mike, owner of Comfort Blinds. Mike was very thorough and was more than willing to explain to us all the details regarding how to measure and order our blinds. Mike’s diligence, efforts, and dedication really helped us out in making all decisions regarding the ordering of our blinds. During this process, Mike worked tirelessly to keep us informed of the manufacture’s delay, due to the desired fabric we chose being on back-order. Furthermore, he did this all with professionalism, a fantastic attitude and willing disposition. We really appreciate all that Mike did for us, to include two partial refunds for the long delay. Mike went above and beyond. The blinds look AMAZING!!! We are very happy customers and highly recommend Comfort Blinds.
