Description of Work: On 3 separate occasions I called and left messages for them to get back to me so we could discuss my needs. I never received a call from anyone. I also have 2 answering services which would take a message if anyone had called, but nobody did.

Description of Work: They trimmed our giant tree and a couple small trees and also ground down a stump. They cleared away all debris and our tree never looked more full and green. They did a fabulous job!

Description of Work: Initial appointment for estimate was delayed and I would have appreciated a call, but not a huge deal. On the day of the work they were on time, did a great job and cleaned up 100%. Very quick and thorough. Friendly. I added on $400 of additional work to the original AngieList deal. I thought it was a bit pricey for the extra work given they were already going to be there with their equipment, but not so much that I said no. I would certainly recommend them. There is a fair chance I am going to have to take down 5 or 6 massive spruce trees due to the blight affecting them and I if so I will definitely call them back for this.

We had a solid appointment for an estimate around 3pm. He didn't show. We tried contacting him & no one picked up the phone. He didn't make us feel comfortable at all & could've at least called to let us know that he wasn't going to be here or be able to work for us.

I do most work around my yard myself, but I had a tree limb larger than I felt comfortable removing on my own land on my roof. I called Monday morning and a crew came out in the afternoon and completed the work. They even took the liberty of removing a few other annoying branches dangling over my gutters. They were super fast, efficient, friendly and cleaned up completely after the job. Most definitely one of the best service experiences I've had! I joined Angie's List specifically to find someone honest and reliable for this job and it paid off. I highly recommend!

The guys were very courteous and prompt. They listened to my concerns and provided suggestions. What I liked the most was that they were clearly not out to sell me more than what I wanted and their price was very reasonable when compared with two other estimates I had had performed. The job was completed thoroughly, efficiently, and cleaned up. I would highly recommend them.
