Bob's lawns service was promt at removing the snow when ti was 2" or more. They did a great job of plowing the drive and sidewalk and even the street in front of my house. I am very pleased at the job they did and would highly recommend Bob's lawn service. I am going to contract them for my lawn care this season.

I hired him to do my driveway and sidewalks. This winter was fairly light. There were only a few snowfalls. There was one very large and one moderate and several minor snowfalls. With the first very minor snowfall, he was prompt and did a great job. The second snowfall was very deep (record setting). The snow ended fairly early in the morning. I was unable to get my cars out of the driveway, despite the fact that the street was clear. He did not answer his phone or texts, just had a message saying he would be there eventually. Around 4 pm, I wound up outside trying to shovel a path wide enough to get a car out so my wife could get to the doctor. He finally showed up around 7 pm but plowed a about 2/3 the width of my driveway and did not do the sidewalks until the next day. I am not sure if he would have come back, but I texted him to ask for a wider plow and for the sidewalks to be done.
This was the pattern with even light snowfalls. He would come by and do the driveway and I would text him to come do the walks or touch up the driveway. Finally, the last snowfall he responded to my text that he would not be doing the walks because it was going to get warm and melt (which it did about 1 1/2 weeks later). 
I had much better service with a different company (no longer doing residential) the previous year, despite the fact it was a more severe winter. I did pay a lot less for Bob's than the prior year, his prices are reasonable.

Usually two people complete the work which took about less than a half hour. They always show up which is good because they always have alot of customers. They only thing i didnt like was that they didnt do the whole ramp but i didnt ask them to.

I was not happy with this service. I understand it was a harsh winter which is why I gave a D instead of an F. We paid $200 for the whole season and considering the record snow fall that was a good price, however, you get what you pay for here.. Usually it would take about 2 days before he came to do the service and he often would come in the middle of the night, waking up the whole house because of his loud truck. He split our Chinese maple tree in half because he was not careful.

Since then he has done a great job keeping my driveway and walks clean.

I am completely impressed by Bob's Supreme. They have been out several times already this season for snow removal. They do an excellent job . They staked out my drive way before snow season started. They shovel my sidewalks and pathway to front door. They an excellent job with the driveway. Great communication from owner with any questions I have had along the way. Highly recommend!

I have not heard any complaints about his work, and we continue to use his company.

Very responsive and very reasonably priced. I had waited until after the first heavy snowfall and was without a service contract. Bob was able to add me and called back within 30 min of leaving a message. I have recommended him to my neighbor as well

Bob Smith is a pleasant person that does very good professional work.
He responded to my initial call quickly and showed up when he said he
would. He had a crew of 4 and they cleared our property of leaves in
less then an hour. I would definitly use his service again.

I can pay for the whole winter or I can pay per time; I pay for the whole winter. He is a very hard worker, and very dependable and very friendly. I will continue to use him in the future.

He was pretty good. He came every week in the beginning. When it got dry and the grass wasn't growing, he came less often. He was pretty prompt and did a pretty good job. He was pretty reliable. No problems.
