It was ok. There was a problem that didn't get corrected, but they were actually 15 minutes early but the car was dirty. When he pulled into the driveway I noticed the back window looked gray like a film of dirt and then notice the whole care was covered in the film. . Before he left to take them to prom I told him the car was dirty and he just kind of shook his head like ok. The prom was in an upscale area where people had rented Bentlys and the such and the kids were hurt cause there limo was dirty. Called and talked to Mike the next day and like the kids he felt it was bad that the limo was dirty so he said he would contact corporate to see what they could do. Called me back to let me know he was just waiting for a reply from corporate, but I haven't heard from them since. The big things were done nicely and fairly, but they made me feel like they were really going to do something, and never did. I rather had just got an apology over having some long drawn out process that seems like it never happen. I like the fact they have an schedule and stuck to it.
The car I agreed on and paid for was not the car that showed up. When I called back, the company told me they didn't have the kind of car we talked about originall. The car driver actually told the kids that they did have that car. We had asked for an Escalade and that was agreed upon but got a Navigator.

Service was great! The party Bus that was rented for our event couldnt have been in better shape and really appreciated the excellent service. Would totally use this service again!was

Would score the company higher in all aspects. They were completely professional from the first call I made, until the evening was over, and then it was still being relived days later. Driver and bus were on a scale of 1-10, 10 being best, I would give them a 15. They did not call and bug me before I made a decision, and when I did decide, they treated me like I was there one and only customer. I would like to make sure that isn't possible, by giving you a very HONOST answer of how everything went. Please know that I will always refer them first if asked for a reference.
