Jim Kovalak Excavating & Septic Tank Cleaning

They pumped both tanks.  Inspected to make sure both tanks were operating correctly.  Suggested putting in the risers.  When i received the bill I was shocked at the $125 for a digging fee!  I could of picked up my shovel and did that!  Then the owner came out two days later after the risers were installed to say that he did not trust the guys that pumped the tank and that I could have additional issues.  But he was only going to charge me $1000 to fix my potential issue.  He probed into the drain field and nothing seemed wrong but continued to tell me I had additional issues and that he was not going to charge me extra like other companies would do.  He said that he would be back out in 2 weeks to just double check and I've not heard from him since.  I feel like I was taken just a little bit.  I would not have them come back out and perform services.

Awesome as usual from this company.  They always go above and beyond when I have questions.
My only issue was I was in the 8a-12p time slot.  He showed up around 130p if I remember correctly and I got no call stating he would be late because of another job.  Spoke to the owner who was polite and proffessional and issue was resolved.
I will use them again!
