They are friendly and everybody is really nice. I have gone to Karen McGarry for probably 30 years. She is very accommodating and she tries to get me in. She goes out of her way and when I was in hospital she has come to cut my hair at the hospital. She is two and half hours drive to go for a hair cut so whenever I am going down States I call and see if I can get a haircut. Almost all the time she gets me in except the last she did not. So I went one of her ex-students for a haircut and it turned out okay. Before Karen opened The Equipoise she was an instructress.

They are all great. It's a great setting, very relaxing and calming. The people are extremely nice. The pricing is a little high but I think that it is worth it for the services you get. They do great work.
