When I arrived, Bob had the van ready for me.  His staff had checked for an oil leak on my fan belt and cleaned the oil.  They found other leaks in the power steering pump, front crank seal, oil-pan gasket, rear intake seals, and head gasket.  My A/C was checked out and recommended repairs noted; the same for numerous front end suspension problems.  The technicians repaired a non-working cigarette lighter in addition to replacing the hose to the pcv valve.
The van was driven, placed on a hoist and completely examined.  Bob gave me a detailed list of repairs and an estimate to get it fixed.    He noted that the van was presently safe to drive, but that I may be better off replacing it in the next few month, given its age and high mileage, instead of repairing it.  I appreciated his candor and honesty.  The total charge for the repairs and complete inspection was only about $66.

This is the shop I normally go to when I need work done. I believe that their pricing is fair. They give good service. Their customer service is just great. We haven't shopped around for prices.

The service was good and he diagnosed and figured out what the problem was. The interaction was good. I was real pleased with the depth of knowledge and the pricing was done at the start so I knew exactly what it was going to cost. It was exactly what it cost at the back end. They were on time exactly when they said they would be.
