Tim was fantastic. My husband and I were very impressed with his thorough inspection from the very beginning. He was early, professional and got right to work. He did a fantastic job of pointing out potential problems and explaiNing them in a way we could understand. He was extremely detail oriented and at the end of the inspection developed a report complete with pictures. We will certainly recommend Tim to anyone.

I was very impressed with the thoroughness of this home inspection. Tim is a very nice and informative inspector. First, he was already there as I arrived. As I've never met him personally he greeted me with a smile and a handshake and informed me of what he was doing. He started with the outside of the home. Looking at the foundation, checking the siding, grading, eaves, driveway, going up on the roof, and doing the same with the detached garage. When entering the home he covered his shoes to protect the flooring. He then again described what he was going to do inside the home, asked if I had questions. He didn't have any problems with me following him and as he worked he described what he was doing, what he was looking for and how it was supposed to be. He looked everywhere, the windows, the attic,plumbing in the kitchen, bathrooms, basement all the wiring (looking in closets, cabinets and other hidey holes). He even showed me how to operate the shower faucet and the fancy toilet. He was very clear on any issues or potential issues and made sure I understood them. At the end of the inspection, which took the 2 hours he had said it would, he provided a printout of his findings and went over it with me. Then gave me a pamplet with a maintenance checklist, common issues that need attention and other tips for maintaining and inspecting your home as an owner. He then told me if I have any questions in the future to just give him a call and he will answer them. Within a few hours he emailed me an indepth inspection report with pictures.
