Lawn Irrigation
I have used this company starting in 2012. This year had to make repeated calls to find out when they would be here. Calls not retuned. Finally after 21/2 week wait for return call I called his cell phone stated he would be here on the following Monday he never showed. Called again he came on Tues. System started rate for service fair but after he left had a major leak from the pressure vaccum value I called him his response was " I don't know when I will get there. what I wanted to know was could he repair this problem ended up calling a plumber and had the pressure vaccum replaced BUT a leak was then found in a sprikler head when I recalled Wells he said OK but again no response when he would get here to fix. In the mean time my lawn is dying.I am now in the process of finding another service. Will never use Wells again. Not reliable or resonsive to calls.
