NOWAK CABINETS OF ELK RAPIDS

Great.   Tracey was terrific at helping me pick out countertops.   Installation was quick and professional.  The job is beautiful and I'm very satisfied. 

That was excellent. They were an A+ across the board for everything. They went above and beyond in what I needed to help me put the cabinets in. She helped me take the cabinets out and she helped me compare notes. She helped me in whatever I needed. To make the sale, she did. If it weren't for her, I would still be thinking about it. It was a very good experience.

We compared three companies and the Nowak design was the only one that met all of our requirements by optimizing the space. Prices were similar, but Nowak was actually the lowest cost by 4-5%. Installation was exceptional and the craftsmanship remarkable. The were clean and careful with our new wood floors. The cabinets are beautiful and custom pieces have transformed the space to be fresh and contemporary. Overall we are very satisfied.

We did have a few issues with the counter and the electric which were subcontracted and resulted in a delay. Nowak worked with the granite company to fix the backsplash issues. The electric issues were continuous leading to unnecessary cost and design flaws (like 3 different dimmer switches sharing one plate). We think this was the first and last time Nowak used that electrician.

They were so professional, so attentative, and very courteous. We had some issues, the owner came out, and fixed the issues. The service was over the top. I give them high ratings and would use them again if needed in the future.
