The initial visit was great--the cleaners were professional, puctual, very thorough. I was home while they cleaned. Their service was expensive but I was pleased with the results. The second time I could not be there but based on the first visit I did not think it would be a problem. I was very disappointed to see how sloppy they were. When I voiced my concerns to the central office she was rude and was not concerned about coustomer service,. She also charged me the same amount as the initial visit, even though they came back in about a month and we had been away for most of that time. I do not trust this company and would never recommend them.

I have used MaidPro biweekly since April 8, 2013. I am very happy with their services. I have to admit that cleaning differs from one employee to the next. They have a check list to try to maintain consistent quality.

I love that they clean the baseboards, but wish they would move furniture when cleaning floors. They provide their own cleaning products. It is hard to thoroughly clean a house without bumping into something or knocking something over, but so far I have had no damage.

The employees have all been friendly and I enjoy seeing them every 2 weeks.

I recommend this company! I am glad that I found them.

I called MaidPro to arrange a date that they could clean, and I was also
given a "Estimate" that was more or less told to me would be the
charge. Every time I called them I ended up speaking to someone "else".
This I found confusing and was also given another estimate that was
$69.. more than the $169.50 I was initially quoted which aggravated me.
Then I was told to get the LOWER price I would have to commit to their
weekly cleaning after their initial first deep cleaning despite how
could I commit when I had no point of reference to know if I would find
their cleaning to my satisfaction. Then I set a date and they asked for my Credit  Card number to secure a cleaning date. Now mind you I am a 100% Disabled Vet, and was healing from having a stroke! One of their Managers called me at about 10:00 a.m. to confirm their first date when they were to begin which was the following Monday afternoon, in which I missed the call from the so called Mgr. in which I responded within 10 minutes, and said I need to change the date as the recent heavy snows caused my home nurse and therapists to have to come on that Monday due to missing their visits due to the weather. So I thought I notified them appropriately and in plenty of time, (more than 96 actual hours) and enough business hours. Everything seemed okay, but, they chose to charge my Credit Card $40.00 for "late cancellation" without them even letting me know at which time I learned of their "double-pricing" with my required need to commit to their maintenance cleaning despite as I said I had nothing to compare it to. They refused me a refund, and I found their antics unprofessional, and their sneaky pricing as a terrible work ethic! I give MaidPro an F for their terrible customer treatment!

We have had cleaning services over the last 20 years help us at our home.
This was the worst experience we have ever had. 
1. Items on check list they used were checked off as done and NOT done.
2. Broke a family heirloom cookie jar and are now arguing about replacing it. They claimed to have "insurance". They suggested I call my attorney.
3. Nothing moved when cleaning floors, including a broom. Floors dirty and not cleaned. They argued that they cleaned them.
4. The "manager"  never offered to meet with me to inspect the poor work.
5. They charged my credit card and cashed a check double dipping me and took over 10 days to correct.
6. Managers very argumentative 
7. Their list of what they don't do is longer than the list of what they "claim" they do. For example, they are "not allowed" to touch the dishwasher! They left bags of garbage on the porch because they are "not allowed" to put them in the dumpster which they walk by to get to their cars.
I have never been this upset over my housecleaning. What a nightmare!
