Jet has a $75 service charge. They came on one day's notice.

Showed up early after calling to see if that would be Ok, was polite and courteous. Explained the problem, my options, and made a recommendation that I not attempt to repair it. One of the coils ran throught the drip pan on the refrigerator and had corroded. Explained it if had sucked up water, the system might not ever run again.

It went very well. He arrived on time, checked the dryer, inspected all moving parts, identified the main cause very quickly and had everything up and working within a few minutes. I would definitely recommend Jet Appliance .

The office person and the technician were both very pleasant and good to work with. We appreciated the promptness. Overall we are very satisifed and we will definately call them again if needed. The price seemed a little high, but I don't really have anything to compare the price to; everything seems to cost a lot these days.

The company representative was quick to respond to my service request phone message. An appointment was made and the time for the appointment honored. The repairman was polite, quick to diagnose the problem, and the repair made to my satisfaction at what I consider a very reasonable cost.

Excellent experience. I will call them again if needed.I hate to wait for repairman to show up. Jet scheduled a day and time to perform the work. They showed up on time with the correct parts to do the job.

Very well. He was the only repair person to call me back on a Saturday and work on a Saturday. Fast, reliable, gave me good advice, knowledgeable service man and fair pricing especially for weekend emergency work.
