Hardwood Flooring Service
The project was quoted as 4 weeks. It took them 6+ weeks just to finish sanding the floors, and another 6 to get it stained and clear coated. Of course footprints were left in the stain (5-10 of them) and large amounts of debris were on the floor when they put on the clear coat. A high percentage of the actual work they performed was fixing their own mistakes. We had do call and nag to get them to come work on the project for the ENTIRE summer. In the end, they just gave up and never fully finished the floor and gave all of our trim back unfinished (90% incomplete even though we informed that it was being worked on repeatedly). And of course we had already given a 50% deposit up front. They rarely show up when they say they are going to.
