 + -1 moreThe project was quoted as 4 weeks. It took them 6+ weeks just to finish sanding the floors, and another 6 to get it stained and clear coated. Of course footprints were left in the stain (5-10 of them) and large amounts of debris were on the floor when they put on the clear coat. A high percentage of the actual work they performed was fixing their own mistakes. We had do call and nag to get them to come work on the project for the ENTIRE summer. In the end, they just gave up and never fully finished the floor and gave all of our trim back unfinished (90% incomplete even though we informed that it was being worked on repeatedly). And of course we had already given a 50% deposit up front. They rarely show up when they say they are going to.
Description of Work: We had our floors and trim refinished by this company. The scope of work was to sand and refinish the floors in two rooms and to sand and refinish the trim.

Description of Work: Stay away from this Co.! They refinished a table that was not done properly. Finish started deteriorating after about two weeks. Called vendor who said he would be up and never showed up. Has not returned several phone calls. The repair was promised in about two weeks-it turned out to be two months.
