Shoner Plumbing and Mechanical

I've had Shoner out for 3 different jobs now....I didn't want to have a plumber out, but it was necessary. I did some research and ultimately hired Shoner, and it was a great decision. Their prices were very fair, and they did excellent work. The plumber who has completed all of our jobs (Alex) was great - very timely in responses/communication, seems very knowledgeable, explained things clearly, and was fair about what repairs are actually needed (i.e., not trying to "upsell" or overstate what is needed). I would highly recommend Shoner for your plumbing needs!

Robert and his team roughed in toilet fixtures in our basement and re-piped our utility sink and laundry connections while they were at it. The work involved jack-hammering into the concrete floor to find the drainage line and then filling it back in. Very happy with the work and in my dealings with Robert- he was responsive, punctual, efficient, and they cleaned up well when the work was done. The team followed appropriate COVID safety precautions, wearing masks the entire time. Will hire again!

Bobby and his crew did an excellent job replacing the water heater. He quickly found the model we were looking for and it arrived in a few days. They were very neat on the job site and the set up and plumbing were done very well. We were extremely pleased with their work and responsiveness. They did a great job!

Fast work and excellent customer service

We had a major problem with an ice maker leaking. After going through two other plumbers who were unable to fix the issue they were able to fix this difficult problem for us when we feared we would have to have our kitchen cabinets remove. Shortly after they replaced a water heater for us. All of the work was first class. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic; professional, experienced, trustworthy, prompt and thorough! Bob gave me a very good price, came out on a Sunday and completed the job quickly in spite of some difficulties with our plumbing fixtures. I would not hesitate to use Shoner plumbing again and recommend them to family/friends.
