Description of Work: Three years ago I put in a new 7400 square foot asphalt driveway by another company. Last year, Sep-2011, I called Pavement Coats to provide a proposal to seal some hairline cracks and put on the first sealcoat. I discovered this company via an impressive mailbox flyer and then carefully reviewed their web site. I also contacted four other "A" rated asphalt companies that I found on Angies List. The Pavement Coats owner, Micah Backlund, arrived promptly at the appointment time to measure my driveway, discuss my concerns, and elaborate on the exact services that he would perform. After thoroughly researching the project, I knew the professional and recommended process to perform the job correctly. I was very impressed with Micah"s presentation and chose Pavement Coats to do the work. Last year's completed work was outstanding in all respects. Pavement Coats just now completed the 2nd year sealcoating this month, Sep-2012. The completed work was just as outstanding in 2012 as it was in 2011. My driveway looks better now than when it was first put in. From this point, I only expect to sealcoat every two years to protect my investment.
