+ -1 moreThey were terrific. They put some portion and fixed my back siding. They took care of the siding issues that I had. My overhang was pulling away from the roof and they took care of it. They were prompt, they were clean, and they got my job done. They charged a fair price and I was very happy when the job was completely.
Description of Work: I used the services of Brian Family Construction LLC for siding. I last used them in October 2011.

I kept adding more 'to dos' onto the list as I saw the quality of their work and totally trusted them in my house while I was working! What a great company! Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or would like to see what was done as I am very proud of the results! They also gave me excellent recommendations for things that they could not do but knew the exact people who could help me out and provided me their name! This was amazing as it is not that often that a company is secure enough in what it can do and also knows when to 'outsource' the job! Thank you, BFC! I will be calling you the next time I need construction services!
Description of Work: I had a 'laundry list' of things that needed to be done to my home when I contacted BFC! It included fixing a 5x10 foot hole in my living room that had to be taken out due to plumbing problems, a basement bathroom that needed a new ceiling as well as some major work on the walls, a deck that I thought I would have to replace and a number of other minor repair items. BFC gave me a very reasonable estimate to begin with and then I added on as I saw the quality of their work as well as their timeliness and cleanliness when they delivered it!:) I was THRILLED with my deck as I thought it would have to be torn down and re-built at a cost I shuddered to even contemplate! BFC made it look like new and for a fraction of the cost that I had envisioned! My living room is perfect and the bathroom in the basement is one to be proud of! I cannot give a high enough recommendation to this excellent company! They do what they say they will do and are incredibly competent as well as reasonable when it comes to cost! Please contact me if I can give you any more superlatives as to how I feel about this company!

The bid wasn't returned in a timely fashion (over 4 weeks), and we had to call to remind them that we were waiting on the bid. Finally, when the bid arrived, the price was reasonable, but we chose a different vendor.
Description of Work: Requested a bid on finish framing for interior basement windows.

+ 6 moreFrom start to finish my overall experience could not have gone better. It started with a phone call in which I was treated direct and honest. I don't know the first thing about home improvements but Bert was very understanding and explained the whole process and what to expect in terms I understood. Within 24hrs of the 1st call, Bert was at my house giving me an estimate in which he suggested some ideas he had that I hadn't heard from other company's. I felt very comfortable with the experience and decided to hire him. A couple days later he was at my house removing everything out of my bathroom and preparing it for installation. From the first day to the last, Bert was kind and considerate to me and my family. He was very neat and was sure to clean up after himself after each days work. The whole process from start to finish lasted 2 weeks. Now my family can enjoy a beautiful bathroom that has improved our living and value of our home. I Highly recommend BFC Construction.
Description of Work: My 1st floor bathroom was completely remodeled. My entire bathroom was gutted from floor to the ceiling. The bathroom is 10x10 and was finished with beautiful 10x10 marble tiles. A stand up shower with two heads and body sprays replaced the old standard tub/shower, and two person Jacuzzi tub with surrounding tile was added in the corner. A long high end counter top with cabinets were added with two sinks along with vanity. Toilet was replaced with a modern one. Light fixtures were replaced with ones I chose and the walls and ceiling were given a fresh coat of paint.
