"Thanks, Linda!"
"Robert, We have reached out to you on over 4 different review platforms you have posted this same review on but have yet to hear from you so we can come to a resolution and clear up the enormous amount of misinformation you continue to spread. When Brad left your home, he left a dehumidifier in the room to dry out the wet drywall. Yes, the equipment experienced a leak caused by the drain line blowing off the back of the softener. We promptly responded and addressed the issue and came up with a plan to clean it up. We dropped off the dehumidifier and explained that we would replace the drywall on the wall that was affected, however, all of the plumbing in the room made it extremely humid and showed signs of this being a potential issue in the future. The drywall was in contact with the concrete (was not 1/2 inch off the floor) and it was standard drywall, not green board. Our resolution together was that we would come to pull the drywall out and replace it and put up some FRP paneling on the wall so it would be a more permanent and better repair than before. YOU were going to get the material to do the same to the other 3 walls while the equipment was uninstalled and we would come back and reinstall the equipment. YOU were to call me when the room was dried out and you had the materials. We would then plumb it in and do the additional work you requested. Now, let talk about the tank swap. YES, we did install a steel tank instead of fiberglass. The insides are 100% the same but the outside is steel, not fiber. We were coming out of a post-pandemic situation where there were ZERO fiberglass tanks anywhere in the country. We replaced it with the same tank just steel not fiberglass my technician explained this to you and it was not an issue when we were there to address the drywall issue. It was and NEVER will be a matter of which tank is cheaper or which is more expensive. In all actuality, the steel tanks cost us more. We do feel responsible for our end of the miscommunication. We were leaving it up to you to contact us when the room was dried out and you had the supplies there to get the rest of the room fixed up. Again, we do try our best to stay on top of some of these things but with staffing issues and just overall being busy with our 15,000 plus customers in our database we did not call you. Again, you have the owner personal cell phone number, office number, & email, you too could have picked up the phone and said hey buddy...... did ya forget about me? You definitely would have gotten an OH, we did, let us get someone on it. Again, if you would like a resolution instead of posting this over and over again online, please give the office a call."
