They showed up late. They kept telling me I was a "stewardess". The boss, Aaron, was supposed to bring packing materials. He never came. The two guys just threw my stuff in these boxes, put it on the truck. I am frustrated at this point, the boss never answered my calls. then the workers started yelling at me calling me names telling me to stop calling the boss. The boss finally called back and I asked him to please tell them to stop. The worker then called me names again on the phone with the owner in front of me. I had to point to rooms and direct them because they wouldn't talk to me. They broke my dishes that can't be replaced. They ripped my mattress. They ripped my 2 year old couch. Once all of my stuff was inside my house I paid them and they left. Aaron called back and apologized and said they would replace my furniture, but I have never heard back from them. I have called them many, many times. I even had to hire a court officer to try to locate them to contact me.
